How to request deletion of your data from SentinelleAI.
What data we process
SentinelleAI moderates public comments on our business clients' Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Threads pages. We may process a commenter's public name, comment text, and (where available) profile picture, solely to classify and moderate comments on behalf of the page owner. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How to request deletion
Automatically via Facebook
If you remove SentinelleAI from your Facebook account settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), Facebook notifies us and your associated data is automatically deleted from our systems.
By contacting us directly
Send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including the name or profile you commented under, to support@sentinelleai.eu.
What happens next
Upon receiving a request (automatically or by email), we permanently delete all records associated with the provided identifier from our databases, including any cached name or profile picture, in line with applicable privacy laws.
